Kathy assisted me in finding my own answers instead of giving me hers. In the process, I realized things about myself that I hadn't known. One of the most valuable was finally seeing my relationship with my husband and the games we played that were causing serious problems between us. Seeing my part enabled me to find new ways to express myself and stop some things in their tracks.

When I think back to the person I was before I started coaching, I am amazed at how far I have come in becoming stronger and more self assured. Kathy was always respectful of my situations and my privacy. She also helped me find the humor in many instances.
